Project ①: QQ PINYIN PC V5.1
Introduction
The design of the old PC version of QQ PINYIN has become outdated, failing to convey the brand image effectively. Our goal is to enhance it while preserving the "classic," "simple," and "focus on type" qualities that users appreciate.
Goal
Revamp the brand image, enhance sensory experience, and improve typing efficiency through design updates.
Challenges
-
Design Style: Outdated elements like the default status bar and input box need a fresh look to align with modern aesthetics.
-
Visual Consistency: Inconsistencies, such as the secondary menu and right-click menu, not matching the default Windows style.
-
New Onboarding flow: Lack of a setup wizard for new users.

Project 2: QQ PINYIN for Android V 5.3.0 | Personalization
Introduction
This update primarily emphasizes visual personalization. We've employed features like the "keyboard store," "custom wallpaper keyboard," and "custom color keyboard" to allow users to personalize without disrupting the original design style.
Purpose
Address the challenge of enabling users to find or create their preferred skins while maintaining a seamless user experience and consistent design style.
Custom Color Keyboard
